Yelp helped me discover a new place again.

I started with the kashke badejmon (roasted eggplant with kashke, caramelized onion and garlic, served with bread) for $6.99. Very good, like a babaganouche.

I ordered the #10 Soltani kebab combo ($22.99): one each of the barg and the beef koobideh. Barg is filet mignon marinated in saffron, salt, pepper and onion. Beef koobideh is ground beef in the same marinade. I liked them both, but the one that I think was the koobideh was a little more tender. Served with saffron rice and roasted tomato. I read on Yelp that they'll add the sour cherry to the rice for a small additional charge, will try that next time.

The combo came with a little salad that had the most amazing dressing. Slightly sweet, very refreshing. I'd come back just for that dressing.

The service was great, very friendly.

It came as no surprise that the friends I visited afterwards who live across the street said that it's one of their favorite places!

Call ahead if you're coming to eat after 8:00, because yesterday they closed at 8:00 despite Yelp lists their hours until 9:00. A couple had to turn around and go somewhere else.

I really like this place.  Family owned & run. Simple, tasty, not terribly expensive.  It's probably not the best Mediterranean food on the planet, and if you're a die-hard purest you'll probably find something to criticize.  But combine selection, taste, quality, and price, it is great find.

I have not had this kind of mediterranean food in a while. It was amazing! Meat is super tender and juicy, rice is perfectly cooked, the salads are super fresh, not too mention the place is very clean, and the people super friendly.
If I am in the area again, this will be my to-go spot for now on.
